Yes! Sinchies pouches are safe to use in the freezer. Cook up a storm and fill all your pouches at once and refrigerate meals in bulk. Storing empty pouches in the freezer is also a great way to prevent mould if pouches aren’t thoroughly dried properly, especially in humid climates.

Support the bottom of the pouch with your hand and using a bottle brush make a twisting motion to get right down to the bottom of the pouch.  Rinse thoroughly with running water  or place on the top shelf of the dishwasher.
